Achern

Achern station is the most important of four stations in the Große Kreisstadt of Achern, Baden-Württemberg, situated on the Rheintalbahn main line between Mannheim and Basel. Since December 2004 it serves as the terminus of the Karlsruhe Stadtbahn (lines S7 and S71) and is the starting point of the SWEG-operated Achertalbahn regional line into the Achertal valley toward Ottenhöfen. The station has four platform tracks and is wheelchair-accessible.
