San Luis Potosí International Airport

San Luis Potosí International Airport serves the major city of the same name in central Mexico. It is named after Ponciano Arriaga (1811–1865), a lawyer and liberal politician born in the city who played a key role in drafting Mexico's 1857 constitution and supported President Benito Juárez's constitutional government. A functional regional airport, it serves primarily as a gateway to the state of San Luis Potosí with no notable architectural or tourist attributes of its own.
