A3 road

Autoceļš A3 is a Latvian primary state road running from Inčukalns, north of Riga, to Valka on the Estonian border, where it connects to the Estonian national roads Põhimaantee 3 and Põhimaantee 6. It forms the Latvian segment of European route E264. A purely functional arterial road serving the Vidzeme region, it has no touristic, cultural, or architectural significance.
