Jingū-mae Station

Jingū-mae Station is a stop on the Meitetsu rail network in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, opened in 1913 during the late Meiji or early Taisho period. Its primary significance today is as the nearest station to Atsuta-jingū, one of Japan's most venerated Shinto shrines. For most visitors it functions purely as a transit access point to the shrine rather than a destination in its own right.
