Nishi-Ōyama Station is a small regional stop in Ibusuki city, Kagoshima Prefecture, on the southern tip of Kyūshū. Opened in 1960, it serves the Ibusuki-Makurazaki Line, one of the southernmost railway routes in Japan. Beyond its role as a local transit point, the station offers no notable tourist or cultural facilities.
