14 Wall Street

Bankers Trust Building (now 14 Wall Street) in Lower Manhattan's Financial District was completed in 1912 to designs by Trowbridge & Livingstone. The 160-metre, 32-storey skyscraper in the neoclassical style was one of the most imposing bank buildings of the early 20th century and has been a New York City landmark since 1997. Its address at the corner of Wall Street and Nassau Street places it at the symbolic heart of American finance.
