Bommelwereld

Bommelwereld is an indoor theme park that opened in 2025 in Bredevoort, in the Dutch Achterhoek region. The park is built entirely around the beloved Dutch comic characters Heer Bommel and Tom Poes, created by cartoonist Marten Toonder from 1941 onwards — figures that remain a cultural touchstone for generations of Dutch families. Attractions, live shows, and themed zones bring the characters' storybook world to life under one roof, making it a fully weather-proof day out. The park is aimed squarely at families with young children looking for a full-day adventure.
