Maritime museum inside Tallinn's Fat Margaret tower, with historic ships at the Seaplane Harbour branch.

The Estonian Maritime Museum is housed in the Fat Margaret tower, one of the most distinctive defensive towers of Tallinn's medieval city wall. The museum traces the history of ships and navigation in Estonia, from early Baltic trade routes to modern seafaring. A separate branch at the Seaplane Harbour, a listed concrete industrial building on the Kalamaja peninsula, displays historic vessels beneath a striking vaulted roof. It ranks among the most visited museums in Estonia.
