Francisco Park

Francisco Park is a 4.9-acre public park in the Russian Hill neighborhood, opened in 2022 after decades of community advocacy to transform a disused 19th-century reservoir site into usable green space. The park features a large open lawn, a community garden, a playground, and a dedicated dog run — an unusually complete amenity set for a neighborhood park of its size. Its elevated position on the former reservoir lid affords sweeping views over San Francisco Bay and the hills of the East Bay. Open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and fully accessible.
