Dharchula is a small town in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India, situated on the banks of the Kali River at the border with Nepal, at an elevation of around 915 metres in the Himalayas. It serves as a regional hub and gateway to the surrounding mountain areas. Local points of interest include the Jhalimali Surma Bhawani Mandir, the Maa Bhagawati Mandir, and the Nagni Dhura viewpoint. The bus and jeep stand connects the town to nearby settlements such as Telkot and Suianbonga.
