Mountain Home is a small city of roughly 12,800 residents in the Ozark highlands of northern Arkansas, situated between Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake. Its position among these reservoirs makes it a practical base for fishing, boating, and outdoor recreation. Public access points including Red Bank Use Area, Henderson Use Area, and Panther Bay Public Use Area offer direct waterfront access. The city also hosts the Mountain Home Farmer's Market for locally grown produce, alongside several places of worship including First Christian Church and Crossroads Church.
