Itztalbrücke
Rödental
Rödental is a small town in the Coburg district of Upper Franconia, Bavaria, with a population of around 13,000. Situated in gently rolling countryside close to the Thuringian border, it encompasses several distinct quarters, including Dörfles-Esbach and Ziegenrück. The Schloßpark Rosenau, part of the Rosenau palace grounds, offers a pleasant green retreat, while the hills of Hühnerberg near Tiefenlauter and the Lauterberg are suited to quiet outdoor walks. The Heinrich-Schaumberger-Bibliothek and the Friedhofskapelle add modest cultural points of interest to this relaxed Franconian town.
