Tafí Viejo is a city of around 85,000 people in the province of Tucumán, northwestern Argentina, situated close to the provincial capital San Miguel de Tucumán at the foot of the Sierras del Aconquija. The city is home to several notable religious sites, including the Capilla Nuestra Señora del Carmen, the Parroquia Inmaculada Concepción, the Oratorio de la Difunta Correa, and the Oratorio Santo Padre Pío.
