1450 Brickell

1450 Brickell is a 164.6-meter, 35-story Class-A office tower that opened in 2010 at the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway in Miami's financial district. With over 54,000 square meters of dedicated office space, it is one of several high-rise developments that transformed Brickell into Miami's secondary downtown during the 2000s and 2010s. The building has no public access or visitor amenities.
