The Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA) is a private art museum in Ubud, Bali, founded in 1996 by Balinese art collector and patron Agung Rai. Its collection spans traditional and contemporary Balinese painting, with notable works by German artist Walter Spies and Dutch painter Rudolf Bonnet, both of whom shaped the Balinese art scene during the early 20th century through the Pita Maha artists' collective. The museum compound is laid out in traditional Balinese pavilion architecture amid tropical gardens, rice paddies, and an active Hindu temple where ceremonies are held regularly. Visitors encounter both curated art and living Balinese spiritual culture within a single open-air setting.
