Assen

Assen railway station is a through-station dating from 1868 in the provincial capital of Drenthe, the Netherlands. As the busiest station in the province — handling around 7,500 passengers daily — it serves both intercity and regional Nederlandse Spoorwegen trains on the main line between Groningen and Utrecht. The station is wheelchair accessible.
