Stadtallendorf station

Stadtallendorf station is a through-station on the Main-Weser-Bahn line and holds the status of a listed cultural monument (Kulturdenkmal) in the German state of Hesse. Platforms, the pedestrian underpass, and the surrounding forecourt were substantially renovated ahead of the 2010 Hessentag regional festival. Beyond its role as a regional rail stop connecting the area to the Frankfurt–Kassel corridor, the station has limited touristic significance.
