Bibai City Hall

Bibai City Hall is the administrative center of Bibai, a mid-sized city in the Sorachi Subprefecture of Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost main island. Built around 1950 during Japan's early postwar reconstruction period, it serves as the seat of local municipal government. Bibai was historically a coal-mining hub; today the city hall is a straightforward civic building with no particular tourist or cultural draw.
