Hude railway station
Railway History
Bingen (Rhein) Hbf is the main railway station of Bingen am Rhein and a listed cultural monument. Its chief operational significance is as a junction station where the Nahe Valley Railway branches off from the left-bank Rhine line that continues toward Koblenz. A freight marshalling yard that once stood alongside has since been decommissioned. For travellers, the station serves primarily as a transfer point between the Rhine corridor and the Nahe valley route.
