Bitterfeld

Bitterfeld station is an intercity railway stop in the Bitterfeld district of Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Saxony-Anhalt. It opened in 1857 on the Trebnitz–Leipzig line and grew into a junction when the Berlin–Halle route crossed it. Today it serves as an ICE stop on the Berlin–Munich corridor, with trains running every two hours. The station is wheelchair accessible and operated by DB InfraGO.
