Dorfkirche Kolrep
Middle AgesVillage ChurchListed Building
The village church of Groß Lüben is a modest neogothic brick structure in the Prignitz district of Brandenburg, built to designs by the Charlottenburg architect Stoof and consecrated on 3 June 1904. It replaced an earlier building on the same site and is characteristic of rural Wilhelmine ecclesiastical architecture in the Brandenburg March: restrained brickwork, pointed-arch windows, and a plain tower with no excessive ornament. Listed as a protected monument in Brandenburg, the church remains an active place of worship for the local community.
