Gauting

Gauting station is an S-Bahn stop on the S6 line serving the municipality of Gauting, southwest of Munich in Upper Bavaria. Located at kilometre 18.9 of the Munich–Garmisch-Partenkirchen railway, it was historically the terminus of the Munich–Gauting suburban line. Today only S-Bahn trains stop here; long-distance and regional services pass through without a scheduled halt. The station building at Bahnhofplatz 1 is wheelchair accessible.
