Also known as: Kamezukakōen, Kamezuka Koen
Kamezuka Park sits on the Tsuki no Misaki plateau in the Mita 4 neighbourhood of Tokyo's Minato ward, just south of the Buddhist temple Saikai-ji. The small park is laid out as a playground and rest spot for children, with a sandbox, climbing frame and shady benches. Its name Kamezuka, turtle mound, refers to a small historical burial mound on the site. Families from the dense surrounding blocks use it as an afternoon escape.
