Acandí is a small town on Colombia's Caribbean coast in the department of Chocó, close to the border with Panama. It sits at the edge of the Darién jungle, with coastal points including Punta Acandí and Punta Piedra, and landmarks such as Cabo Pinololo and the Faro Sapzurro Oriente lighthouse. The Cerro Pico Darién shapes the inland terrain. The town also has a local church, Iglesia San Rafael.
