Morgantina is an ancient site in the interior of Sicily, near the modern town of Aidone in the Province of Enna. The archaeological zone encompasses the hill known as Cuddaru du Crastu and surrounding heights such as Cozzo Campana and Cozzo del Monaco, together forming one of the island's notable Greco-Roman excavation areas. The landscape is rural and well suited to quiet exploration of central Sicily's history and scenery.
