About Rivne

Rivne is a city in northwestern Ukraine with a population of around 245,000 and serves as the administrative centre of Rivne Oblast. Situated in the historic Volhynia region, the city has a varied urban character. Notable points of interest include the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Svyato-Sofiivska Church, as well as a memorial to the victims of the Chernobyl disaster. The city also features decorative ironwork sculptures, among them the Zodiac sign sculptures and the piece titled "Beauty Will Save the World."
