About Tieling

Tieling is a city in Liaoning Province in northeastern China, situated roughly 60 kilometres north of Shenyang. Home to more than two million people, it serves as a regional hub in this part of the country. Points of interest include the steam locomotive museum 铁煤蒸汽机车博物馆, the scenic forested hill 蟠龙山, the 桂林公园 park, and a mosque (清真寺). The 铁岭体育场 hosts local sporting events.
