About Xuchang

Xuchang is a city of over four million people in Henan Province, central China. It is widely known as a global hub for the hair trade, centred on the 许昌假发市场 (Xuchang Wig Market), one of the largest of its kind in the world. The city also carries historical associations with the Three Kingdoms period; the 春秋楼景区 commemorates the general Guan Yu. Other local points of interest include 许都公园, 邢庄体育公园, the 五岳庙 temple, the 登高亭 pavilion, and the scenic area of 雾烟山风景区, offering a varied base for visitors.
