Anglesey Airport

Anglesey Airport is a small regional airport on the western side of the Welsh island of Anglesey, near Llanfair yn Neubwll, offering limited scheduled civil services. The site operates primarily as RAF Valley, a Royal Air Force base used to train military pilots. The airfield gained wider public attention when Prince William was posted here between January 2010 and September 2013 as a search-and-rescue helicopter pilot. The civilian terminal occupies a leased portion of the predominantly military facility.
