A9 motorway

The A9 motorway, also known as the Rhône motorway, runs from Ballaigues through Lausanne, Vevey, and Sion to Brig-Glis, forming the main traffic corridor across western Switzerland and the Valais. It is part of National Route 9, stretching from the French to the Italian border. A purely functional transit route with no visitor attributes.
