Bärenhöhle

Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia — the Bear Cave — is one of Poland's most visited show caves, set within the Glatzer Schneegebirge massif in the central Sudeten mountains near Stronie Śląskie. The cave takes its name from the remains of cave bears (Ursus spelaeus) discovered there when miners broke through the cave system in 1966. Guided tours lead visitors through chambers filled with stalactites, stalagmites, and calcite draperies formed over thousands of years by mineral-rich percolating water. The site is wheelchair accessible and operates as a fully organised tourist attraction with entrance fees and a dedicated visitor centre.
