Alicante railway station

Alacant-Terminal is the largest railway station in Alicante, in operation since 1858 and owned by infrastructure manager Adif Alta Velocidad. Renfe runs long-distance and regional services from here, and since June 2013 the station has been connected to Spain's high-speed rail network, bringing AVE services to Madrid and other major cities within reach. The station building holds protected heritage status under Spanish law (BIE) and is fully wheelchair accessible.
