Lüdenscheid station

Lüdenscheid station is the terminus of a single-track branch line from Brügge, itself a spur of the Volme Valley railway between Hagen and Dieringhausen. Once a full station, it was downgraded to a basic rail halt in 2009, with infrastructure reduced accordingly. For residents of Lüdenscheid it remains the city's sole direct rail connection.
