Bencoolen

Bencoolen is an underground station on Singapore's Downtown Line, opened in 2017. At 43 metres below street level it holds the record as the deepest station in the Singapore MRT network. It sits beneath Bencoolen Street and primarily serves the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Singapore Management University. For visitors it functions as a convenient access point to the city centre rather than a destination in its own right.
