Church of Sancti Spiritus

The Church of Sancti Spiritus is a Catholic church in the historic center of Salamanca, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscribed in 1988. It was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural — Spain's highest heritage protection status — as early as 1888, making it one of the country's earlier formally protected monuments. Detailed records on its construction date and interior are limited; it is best visited as part of a broader walk through Salamanca's remarkably preserved old town.
