Dorfkirche Brodowin

The Protestant village church of Brodowin is a protected neogothic Saalkirche — a single-nave hall church — in the hamlet of Brodowin, part of the Chorin municipality in Brandenburg's Barnim district. Its most distinctive feature is the Brodowiner Kirchensommer, an annual summer concert series that draws visitors to this otherwise quiet agricultural landscape at the edge of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Outside the festival season the church offers a contemplative stop in one of Brandenburg's best-known organic farming villages.
