Harbiye Seyir Terası

The Harbiye Seyir Terası is an open concrete observation terrace in the Şişli district, sitting directly in front of the Harbiye Muhsin Ertuğrul open-air theatre stages. The platform offers a broad view stretching across the Istanbul cityscape to the Bosphorus, at roughly the same angle as the historic Hilton hotel nearby. It is notably spacious for such a central and valuable location, though it lacks any greenery. Visitor numbers remain low, making it a quiet alternative to the city's busier viewpoints.
