The Stockholm Concert Hall at Hoetorget is the main orchestral venue in the Swedish capital and home to the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. Designed by Ivar Tengbom and inaugurated in 1926, the neoclassical building features a distinctive blue facade with Ionic columns. Its main auditorium holds approximately 1,800 people and is regarded as one of the finest concert halls in Northern Europe. The hall is also known as the annual venue for the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony in the sciences and economics.
