Also known as: The london dungeon
The London Dungeon is an immersive horror attraction that turns the darkest chapters of London's history into a 90-minute walk-through of live actors, special effects and two rides. Opened by Annabel Geddes in 1974 in the brick vaults beneath London Bridge station, it moved in 2013 to the County Hall building on Westminster Bridge Road, next to the London Eye. The tour passes through twelve to fifteen scenes including Sweeney Todd, Jack the Ripper, the Black Death and a Tower executioner, with two short rides woven in. It is recommended for ages roughly twelve and up, and you will want to hold on to your hat.
