St. Michael

St. Michael is a small Roman Catholic church in the Köln-Zündorf district, listed as a protected monument (Baudenkmal) in North Rhine-Westphalia. Built in the Romanesque style, it served as the local parish church until 1897, when the newly consecrated St. Mariä Geburt took over that role. Dedicated to the Archangel Michael, the church today stands as a quiet remnant of the Rhineland's early ecclesiastical building tradition.
