The Stade Alphonse Massamba-Débat is the national stadium of the Republic of the Congo in Brazzaville. Originally named the Stade de la Révolution, it was renamed in 1993 to honour Alphonse Massemba-Débat, who served as the country's president from 1963 until he was ousted in Marien Ngouabi's military coup of 1968. The venue hosts the Congolese national football team's home fixtures and doubles as a multi-sport facility, with an athletics track and a handball court alongside the main pitch.
