Weißenstein

The Weißenstein rises to 668 metres above sea level on the Münchberger Hochfläche, sitting at the transition zone between the Frankenwald and Fichtelgebirge regions near Stammbach. This mid-range summit serves as a natural landmark within the area's extensive trail network. The summit offers open views across the forested ridges of both mountain ranges. It makes for a straightforward half-day hike from nearby Gefrees or Stammbach — accessible without being overrun.
