Bank

Bank-Monument is a sprawling Underground complex beneath King William Street at the heart of the City of London, combining the Central, Northern, Waterloo & City, and District lines with the Docklands Light Railway. Officially counted as a single station, it operates under two historically distinct names — Bank and Monument — connected by an extensive sub-surface tunnel network. In 2013 the complex handled over 52 million passenger journeys, ranking it among the busiest interchange stations on the entire Underground. For visitors it serves as the most direct access point to the Bank of England, the Monument to the Great Fire, and the Square Mile's financial core.
