Allenstein Hauptbahnhof

Olsztyn Główny station — known as Allenstein Hauptbahnhof until 1945, when the city passed from Germany to Poland — is the principal rail hub of the Warmia-Masuria region in northeastern Poland. Classified by PKP Polish State Railways in category B, the second-highest tier in the national network, it handles both regional commuter services and long-distance trains. Situated about two kilometres northeast of the city centre, it serves as the main gateway for travellers heading to the Masurian Lake District. The station is wheelchair accessible.
