Altinaghree Castle

Altinaghree Castle — known locally as Ogilby's Castle — is a large, derelict country house in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Built around 1860 for landowner William Ogilby, the Victorian pile has since fallen into ruin, its overgrown grounds swallowing much of the surrounding parkland. The estate appears in records under at least three different names — Altnacree Castle, Liscloon House, and Ogilby's Castle — yet remains poorly documented, lending it an air of forgotten history that appeals to ruin explorers and local historians alike.
