Wrist station

Wrist station sits in the centre of the small Schleswig-Holstein village of Wrist, serving the Hamburg-Altona–Kiel main line. The station building is a listed cultural monument under Schleswig-Holstein heritage law. A now-disused branch line to Itzehoe once diverged here, leaving the station as a quiet remnant of a denser regional rail network.
