Stade station

Stade station is the main transport hub of the Hanseatic town of Stade, sitting on the Niederelbebahn line that connects Hamburg with Cuxhaven. The line opened in 1881, and the current brick station building in Wilhelmine Gründerzeit style was completed in 1905. Today the station serves regional and suburban rail only, functioning primarily as a commuter connection towards Hamburg.
