Balaton Sound

Balaton Sound is one of Europe's largest open-air electronic music festivals, held every summer since 2007 on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Zamárdi, Hungary. Drawing over 145,000 visitors per edition, it hosts international headliners across house, techno, and EDM on multiple stages set directly at the water's edge. The festival typically runs four to five days in late June to early July, with the combination of beach setting, lake sunsets, and all-night dancing defining its appeal. Tickets and camping packages are in high demand and frequently sell out months in advance.
