Barrandov Bridge

Barrandov Bridge is Prague's busiest road bridge over the Vltava — 352 meters long, built between 1978 and 1988, and carrying over 136,000 vehicles daily, making it the most frequented road in the entire Czech Republic. The brutalist concrete structure connects the Braník and Barrandov districts and features sculptures by Josef Klimeš. Built in two stages (south side 1983, north side 1988), it remains a vital artery and a monument to socialist-era urban planning.
