Blomsholms gravfält

The Blomsholm burial ground is a late Iron Age archaeological site in the Swedish province of Bohuslän, close to the Norwegian border, consisting of several earthen grave mounds and early historical monuments dated to roughly 400–600 AD. The site reflects the funerary practices of Germanic communities along Scandinavia's west coast and remains one of the better-preserved examples in the region. It takes its name from the nearby estate of Blomsholm, which helped preserve local memory of the site over the centuries.
